Make payment by check, money order, MasterCard or Visa credit cards. Add $6.00 for shipping and handling for orders within the US. You will be notified if additional shipping charges apply. There is a $25.00 minimum order requirement for all Credit Card orders. For international orders, additional shipping charges may apply and any tax, duty, etc. is the responsibity of the purchaser. Connecticut residents must add 6% Sales Tax. Orders are shipped by USPS Priority Mail unless otherwise instructed. Additional charges may apply to alternate shipping methods.

Use our Secure Order Form to purchase the items you want. Enter your name, telephone, shipping address, and credit card information on the form. Our secure server uses 128-bit encryption, so your valuable information is always protected. Next, select the items you want from the pull-down menus. If the item you want to order is not listed, simply type in the description in the area provided. You will receive an order confirmation within 24-48 hours.
Terms of Sale
Most orders are shipped from stock within 24 hours. Certain products requiring customization or additional testing will take longer. Out of stock items will delay shipment of the complete order unless other arrangements are made. All shipping dates shown on the invoice are approximate. Your credit card will not be billed until your order is ready to ship.
Items may be returned for exchange or refund within thirty days of purchase. Opened items are subject to a 15% retesting and restocking charge. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
No refunds or exchanges will be made for components damaged by improper handling or improper installation, or for items damaged by operation with equipment or systems containing defective peripheral electronic components.
